There was a time when even I found myself dealing with unexplained weight gain, crushing fatigue, and menopause symptoms that seemed to appear out of nowhere.

What made it even harder was knowing I was already a fitness and nutrition coach—yet the strategies that had worked for years were no longer working for my own body.

That was frustrating, confusing, and humbling.

I was doing the “right things,” but still felt unlike myself. My energy was low, my body felt resistant, and I couldn’t understand why the knowledge I had always relied on suddenly wasn’t enough.

Instead of accepting that this was just how things had to be, I committed to finding answers.

It took time, deep research, trial and error, and guidance from experienced professionals to understand what my body truly needed in this new season of life.

Once I did, everything began to change.

Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than I did a decade ago. I’ve rebuilt confidence in my body, regained momentum, and discovered that this chapter can be one of strength—not decline.
